Chargé De Paie chez Sews-e
Description du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Chargé de Paie , pour notre site à Skhirate.
Profil demandé :
- Bac + 2/3 en (Développement Informatique/gestion/economie...).avec une expérience minimum de 2 ans en Ressources Humaines ;
- Avoir un bon niveau en Anglais et Français
Avec une Connaissances en systèmes RH (Pointage, paie…)
Missions :
- Collecte des informations liées à l’établissement de la paie (recrutements, absences, congés, arrêts maladie, etc;
- Elaboration des bulletins de paie ;
- Gestion des déclarations sociales (CNSS, CIMR-MUTUELLE, IR);
- Contrôle des absences et gestion des congés ;
- Gestion des crédits contractés par les employés ;
- Réalisation des tableaux de bord concernant la gestion et le suivi des salaires ;
- Gestion des soldes de tout compte ;
- Gestion des avances sur salaires.
