We are looking for an HR Administrator intern to join our dynamic team in Rabat.
Reporting directly to the HRBP, you are responsible for organizing and coordinating administrative duties and expenses procedures.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, and communication.
A successful HR Administrator will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
Missions:
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires;
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information;
• Create and ensure data quality of the employee files in HRIS;
• Preparation of offer letters and contracts;
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR team on various projects;
• Training: follow up of the courses and administration of the LMS;
• Partner with HR to update and maintain policies as necessary.
Profil:
• Master or Bachelor (Bac+4) degree with a background in HR.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic, French and English.
• To complete this internship, it is mandatory to have both an 'internship agreement' and 'internship insurance'.
• Experience with office management software like Google workspace (Google Sheets and Google Docs, specifically),
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude,
• Eager to learn about the industry,
• Fluent spoken and written English and French for international communication,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Attention to detail.
