Description du poste

Cnexia est à la recherche d'un profil Généraliste en Ressources Humaine Bilingue (Français / Anglais) pour son site de Rabat.

Votre rôle :

• Manage local human resources policies including procedures and programs appropriate to IT Tech support functions and employees.

• Manage local policies related to HR, including procedures relating to IT Tech and support functions

• Ensure monitoring and application of social benefits for all employees.

• Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leave and remuneration, and resolve any issues that may arise

• Being constantly attentive to and serving all employees.

• Supervise the use of the pointing tool.

• Attend meetings with staff representatives and ensure the implementation of the ensuing action plans.

• Manage compensation and benefits plans.

• Improve job satisfaction by quickly resolving problems, implementing new benefits and bonuses, and organizing team building activities.

• Ensure compliance with Labor Law.

• Coordinate the execution of people requests from other departments.

• Ensure the updating and monitoring of monthly reports.

• intervene with the labor inspectorate in the resolution of social conflicts.

• Ensure the development of the HR function dashboard.

• Ensure compliance of HR processes with appropriate standards and benchmarks.

• Be compliant with group policy and procedures in terms of security.

Profil recherché :

• An advanced diploma in human resources management.

• Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar function preferably in an IT environment

• Computer skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Very good knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation.

• Knowledge and understanding of HR processes.

• Knowledge of the payroll environment.

• Fluency in English and French is obligatory,
