We are actively searching for a dynamic and visionary IT Project Manager, with an open overview and agile approach, including technical project management, client & stakeholder communication, specification collection, roadmaps direction, dynamic collaboration, change management and KPI monitoring.
The central objective is to translate user requirements into both functional and technical business specifications, monitor progress, and lead project to success.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities :
- Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear roadmap, based on the vision, strategy and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and business units, to gather and prioritize project requirements. And lead the project comities to communicate about the weekly advancements.
- Requirements Definition: Work closely with business stakeholders to define detailed and comprehensive user stories to the tech team, ensuring a thorough understanding of feature expectations.
- Prioritization: Establish and maintain a prioritized project backlog based on business value, technical complexity, and customer impact.
- Release Planning: Organize sprint planning and sprint reviews, ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the project backlog items.
- Change management: implement a change roadmap, including training of end-user on the app use, communicating about new deployed features and monitor the end-user feedback and improve it.
- Project Development Support: Act as a point of contact for the development team, providing clarification on requirements and facilitating communication between business and technical teams.
- Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria and participate in the testing process to ensure the delivered product meets the specified requirements.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), based on the Leyton’s Accelerate model, to assess the success and effectiveness of the project.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in software development, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management or related field
- years of experience as an IT project manager
- Fluent in English & French
- Curious, organized, out of the box thinker, ambitious and team-oriented
- Likes to challenge and be challenged in return.
