Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective implementation of the Talent acquisition and selection process, including support for job postings, screening, interviewing, and feedback, as well as supporting onboarding activities.
- Well-being Support in the coordination and organization of all the wellbeing activities, including internal communications, events, etc.
- Contribute to the development of the training plan, coordinate the training calendar based on identified needs, oversee employee registrations and attendance tracking.
- Ensure the follow-up with the specified agencies to get the reimbursement for the training plan
- Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements as well as company ethics and standards.
- Follow up with managers regarding employee evaluations.
- Support career progression initiatives through effective performance reviews.
- Develops and maintains job descriptions and competency profiles for all positions
- Coordinate and monitor HR Development KPIs.
- Collaborate in other Human Resources projects, such as Diversity and Inclusion and Internal Communications.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR development, training, and recruitment or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of talent management and performance evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
