Join us as a Network Engineer, responsible for the full lifecycle of network projects and delivering seamless support in a complex, multi-tenanted Data Center environment!
Missions:
• Lead network project tasks from design to implementation, ensuring smooth handover to Network Operations
• Act as 3rd line support for network incidents
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service through proactive monitoring and engagement
• Provide insightful management information to senior managers and customers, showing key performance progress
Profil recherché :
• 6 Years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Network technologies: LAN, WAN, SDWAN, and security.
• Proven track record with 𝘾𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤 𝙩𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙨 (Viptela, ASA, Meraki, Catalyst, ISE, DNA), VMWare VeloCloud, and network automation.
• Ability to translate technical terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid communication skills (French & English).
