We are looking for motivated and talented junior telecom engineers with expertise in AWS and Linux, to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

•   Provide first-level technical support and effectively handle incoming requests.
•   Identify and categorize technical issues, directing them to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
•   Assist in managing cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and ensure smooth operation of Linux-based systems.
•   Collaborate with teams on system updates, troubleshooting, and optimization.
•   Ensure accurate and timely logging of incidents and resolutions in the system.

Must-Have Skills:

•   Proficiency in AWS cloud services.
•   Strong knowledge of Linux systems.
•   A degree in Telecommunications (recent graduates welcome).
•   Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•   Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
