Mission:
Formalize the job positions needs with managers and recruiters, carry out the candidates’ pre-qualification process to provide the relevant shortlist to managers and recruiters while always promoting AXA Services image.
Main activities:
Job brief:
• In collaboration with the recruiter, contribute to the job brief creation with the manager.
• Advise manager on the labor market to guide the job brief creation.
• Define a sourcing strategy:
• Identify and select the relevant channel to source candidates
• Effectively use tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to
• source candidates
Candidates’ pre-selection:
• Identify and pre-qualify candidates, promoting AXA Group Operations brand.
• Provide qualitative short list to the recruiter and manager.
• Provide Group Operations pipeline with identified candidates for the needed positions.
• Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
• Reporting:
• Regularly provide reports to inform the recruiter on the sourcing status
